I find it extremely refreshing to see Japanese women as defense officials in their country's armed forces. Now we know Japan is more than just gravure models , fashionistas on Harajuku or "bento housewives". Here is the very informative video on Japanese women in various armed forces and various fancy uniforms. The background song accompanied by nice beats has been sung by Hikaru Utada.
